Police Seek Community’s Help in Identifying Burglary Suspect (Press Release)

On Tuesday night, May 1, 2012, during the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., an unknown suspect burglarized a black 2010 Chevy Suburban parked in front of Abuelo’s Restaurant here in Abilene. The suspect(s) forcibly entered the vehicle by smashing the rear passenger window located on the driver’s side. A briefcase and an Apple iPad were taken from the vehicle.
It is our hope that a concerned citizen may have seen something suspicious or related to this incident, including a possible suspect or suspect vehicle.
