Drug Investigation Nets Four Arrests (Press Release)

On Tuesday April 17, 2018, the Abilene Police Department’s Special Operations Division executed a search warrant in the 300 block of Shelton Street. During this investigation Daviano Ramon Fernandez (22 yoa), Aimee Marie Espinoza (23 yoa), Moeshia Petra Rocha (21 yoa) and Symia Valencia (22 yoa) were found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. Inside the residence, Agents located approximately 110 grams of powder Cocaine, 7 grams of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and a firearm. All items were in an area that could have been accessible to three children, who were in the residence at the time. The individuals located in the residence were arrested and charged with the following offenses:

Daviano Ramon Fernandez, 22 yoa male
• 1F Delivery of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine
• 1F Delivery of a Controlled Substance to wit: Meth
• 3F Felon in Possession of a Firearm
• SJF Endangering a Child
• BM Possession of Marijuana
Aimee Marie Espinoza, 23 yoa female
• 1F Delivery of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine
• 1F Delivery of a Controlled Substance to wit: Meth
• SJF Endangering a Child
• BM Possession of Marijuana
Moeshia Petra Rocha, 21 yoa female
• SJF Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine
• BM Possession of Marijuana
Symia Valencia, 22 yoa female
• AM Fail to ID
• BM Possession of Marijuana
• Local Warrants
