Cyber Crimes Arrests Two Suspects Attempting to Meet with Children for Sex (Press Release)

ABILENE, TX – The Abilene Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit arrested two male suspects, on separate incidents, on Saturday, June 29, 2019, attempting to meet up with underage children for sex.

Police arrested 25 year old Dylan Duncan, in the 3500 block of Rolling Green Dr. where he arranged to meet with a child he believed to be underage, to have sexual intercourse. Duncan arrived to the specified meeting place with a bag filled with pornographic material and sexual products.

Police arrested 41 year old Clinton Dempsey, in the 3500 block of South Treadaway Blvd. where he arranged to meet up with a child he believed to be underage, to have sexual intercourse.

Both suspects were charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor.
